Eligibility

Products and materials

Our products are made from natural bamboo and wood. Please note:

Natural variation is not a defect. Small differences in grain, color, weight, and tine count are part of the material and the handmade process.
Product descriptions, dimensions, and photos are accurate to our best knowledge, but on-screen colors may vary slightly between devices.
Product availability is not guaranteed — we reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is charged at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping rates, delivery times, and supported regions are listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Refunds and returns

All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (damaged, wrong item, lost in transit).

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
