Tracking is emailed when we ship (1–2 business days after order). US orders arrive in 5–10 days, Canada in 7–14, rest of world 10–21. If tracking hasn't moved in 14+ days, email us with your order number.

All sales are final, but we'll always make it right if the item arrived damaged, the wrong product shipped, or your order never arrived. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Every whisk is made by small workshops in Anji, Zhejiang — the bamboo region that has supplied chasen makers across Asia for over a century. We visit our makers regularly and pack every order ourselves.

No — and that's intentional. Matcha is intensely personal (taste, ceremonial grade, origin), and you should choose your own. We make the tools; you bring the matcha.

We ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. We don't ship to EU countries or mainland China currently. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.
