We do not currently ship to EU countries or mainland China. We're working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates measured from the ship date, not the order date.
- United States: 5–10 business days (USPS Ground Advantage)
- Canada: 7–14 business days (USPS International)
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days (USPS International / DHL)
Processing time
We hand-pack every order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. We declare all packages accurately — undervaluing is not an option for us.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14+ days, please email suyisuzy66@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, though we'll always try to help.
